Miami Ad School Students Produce a Work That Addresses Industry Ageism

This minimalist-forward ad project is arranged by a group of students from the Miami Ad School who are looking to kickstart their careers. Titled '40 over 40,' the initative is progressive as it addresses a problematic statistic within the advertising industry. The average age of employees in this particular sector is 33.7. With the hope of continuing their careers well over 40, the students produce a thought-provoking web-based ad project.

A URL takes the audience to a single page that boasts a familiar 'Error 404' with the message 'Age not found.' Moreover, the screen gives possible causes for the issue, and ways to address the error with two additional links, including one that "helps [the student] find 40 creatives over 40."
