The varieties produced by Brooklyn Delhi include: Tomato Achaar, Roasted Garlic Achaar and Rhubarb Ginger Achaar, which tap into spicy, savory, tangy, sweet and tart flavors. These condiments have the potential to be used alongside a range of dishes from around the world, including everything from soups and sandwiches to eggs and tacos, as Brooklyn Delhi calls out on its packaging.
At the Winter Fancy Food Show, Brooklyn Delhi’s Tomato Achaar was named the winner of the Front Burner Foodservice Pitch Competition.
