9/10 by Dorogaya Brings Feathery Friends Up Close and Personal
Meghan Young — January 30, 2014 — Art & Design
There are many reason's why a person would put up a birdhouse in their backyard, one of which is to get a glimpse of their feathery neighbors; 9/10 by Dorogaya, a Ukrainian product and graphic design studio, provides an even better view. While traditional birdhouses obscure much the feeding frenzy since they enclose the birds in house-like structures, this design keeps them out in the open.
More than that, 9/10 by Dorogaya is fixed to windows by a suction cup, which really brings them up close and personal. Taking on the form of a branch, the design also feels more like home for the birds. Pieces of bread are easily pierced by the tips of the branches, from which they hang in order to bait the colorful creatures. The branches come in various colors.
