The market for 4K cameras is showing steady signs of increasing despite smartphone photography popularity, which the Kodak 4KVR360 identifies. Packed with a 20MP sensor, the Kodak 4KVR360 camera features lenses on the front and another one on the rear. This enables the camera to record immersive virtual reality content without the need for other equipment.
The Kodak 4KVR360 features WiFi and NFC connectivity capabilities, while Bluetooth enables the use of an optional remote to be connected to the device. The 4K cameras make use of a microSD card for storage purposes and can support cards up to 128GB in size.
The Kodak 4KVR360 4K action camera is set to start shipping sometime in early 2017, but the price has yet to be revealed by the brand.
