The camera captures footage in 14:9 extended gate film stock orientation that allows for an 11% larger capture than traditional Super 8 stock film with additional adjustments possible.
The Kodak Super 8 Camera has an SD card slot for audio recording overlays and to accommodate firmware updates. The camera is slated to arrive at an undisclosed date when a limited number of units will be available for $5,495.
