Insta360 has unveiled its latest flagship model, the Insta360 X5 camera, in the Philippines—offering major upgrades tailored for outdoor creators and lifestyle influencers. The X5 features a larger 1/1.28" sensor, a powerful Triple AI Chip system, and supports 8K 30fps 360° video, delivering enhanced image quality and processing capabilities.
Key innovations include the AI-powered PureVideo mode for cinematic low-light footage, InstaFrame Mode for simultaneous 360° and flat video capture, and field-ready upgrades like on-the-go lens replacement, a built-in wind guard, 3-hour battery life, and 49-foot waterproofing. There are also plenty of upgrades to the post-production editing tools.
"A one-tap Dewarp button removes fisheye distortion for natural-looking footage, a new option to one-tap export with zero editing or reframing, and more. This is in addition to existing features such as Quick Edit and AI Edit for semi-automatic and automatic editing, Shot Lab with 40+ AI templates, as well as a full, manual editing suite," Insta 360 said.
