At first glance, I would expect the 23 De Enero Caracas, Venezuela building to collapse on its teetering head. Unlike the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which The Design Blog compares it to, each tier gets significantly larger the higher it gets, leaving only one edge to keep it together.
Designed by Desitecture, the 23 De Enero Caracas building reaches 180-stories high, creating micro-communities for less fortunate individuals. If improving the lives of others is the main focus on this design, than surely they would take care to create something pretty darn sturdy.
