The vehicle sits on 20-inch forged aluminum five-arm Y-spoke wheels that drivers can opt to upgrade to a magnesium option, if desired, and has a suspension that will respond to track or street conditions. The car has a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 engine that long with a dry sump oil system alongside a carbon fiber driveshaft and dual air inlets. The vehicle is slated to generate roughly 800-horsepower to give it the moniker of the most powerful Mustang model ever created.
The 2024 Ford Mustang GTD is slated to arrive in late-2024 or early 2025 and will be limited to just 1,000 examples priced at around $300,000 each.
