Aston Martin Reveals Gun-Equipped Replica of Bond's '1965 Corgi DB5'

To promote the forthcoming James Bond movie, Aston Martin has officially launched its own 'No Time To Die' campaign, revealing a life-sized replica of the original 1965 Corgi DB5 model. The convincing replica will be put on display for public viewing at The Coaling Jetty, Battersea Power Station until October 1st.

Not only does the replica mirror the appearance of the original, but it also comes equipped with several working gadgets, lifted directly from 'Goldfinger'. These include a bulletproof rear shield, extending front over-riders, rotating number plates, and, of course, pop-up machine guns.

Alongside the launch of this one-of-kind installation vehicle, Aston Martin has also announced that it will be producing and selling 25 'DB5 Goldfinger Continuation' models, which will be direct reproductions of the on-screen DB5 but without the associated gadgets.
