The compact, elongated volume features charcoal-hued façades and large, panoramic windows that frame forest and sea views. The design touches on both form and function: the slate plinth anchors the structure visually, while assembled in sections off-site, the modular system streamlines construction and minimizes site disruption. Inside, clean timber interiors contrast with the dark exterior, crafting a warm, inviting refuge that still feels firmly connected to its dramatic landscape.
This prefab model demonstrates how thoughtful detailing—like the textured slate foundation and seamless cladding—can elevate modular architecture into a context-sensitive design response.
