Founded on the idea of harm reduction, 180 Smoke Vape Store offers customers a safer alternative to combustible tobacco and cannabis. Co-founded by Canadian heart surgeon Dr. Gopal Bhatnagar, 180 Smoke focuses its strategy on medicine, technology and philanthropy in an effort to disrupt and innovate how people consume nicotine and cannabis. Part of this strategy includes shaping regulations and legislation. To accomplish this, the brand has served as part of the Canadian Vaping Association and is actively involved in advocacy for regulation reform in Ontario and Canada as a whole.

While nicotine vapes are a large portion of 180 Smoke, the brand is also involved in the marijuana industry and was recently acquired by Ottawa-based CannaRoyalty Corp. This acquisition has allowed 180 Smoke to aggressively expand its retail footprint, while also furthering the brand's cannabis retail presence outside of Ontario.
