We’re only thirteen days into January 2009 and already there has been an influx of sexy advertisements, hot magazine photoshoots, naughty products, sexist ads, and provocative nude art on Trend Hunter’s pages. Lesbian and male homosexual ads, as well as shocking nude campaigns, have also been featured.

If we’ve seen this many sexy, nude, risky, and naughty trends within the first half of January 2009...imagine what the rest of the year will bring.

On December 12, Trend Hunter’s Fashion Spy posed a question as to whether we’d continue to see naughty limits pushed in 2009.  My answer to her is “Yes, because sex sells and artists, activists and advertisers know it.”
