Seth Mattison outlines the main differences and similarities between generations working together under one corporation. While the difference may outweigh the similarities, there are alternative tactics to simply compromising. The generations can, in fact, work together efficiently.
The generational gaps must be fully understood for better communication within the work force. There are several means in which generations can repair the bridge separating them from working efficiently together.
