DMAC Architecture Introduces the Village Supper Club

DMAC Architecture marks a significant milestone with the introduction of the Village Supper Club, a project that commemorates 175 years of the supper club tradition. Nestled on the scenic shores of Delavan Lake in Wisconsin, this upscale 8,400-square-foot dining establishment breathes new life into one of the Midwest's oldest dining traditions.

Originally established in 1848, the Village Supper Club underwent a comprehensive redesign as DMAC Architecture blends classic charm with modern flair to offer an unforgettable dining experience. The renovation project rescued the historic property from potential demolition. Senior Architect Jessica Saravia underscores the importance of maintaining the restaurant's inherent charm: "Wisconsin has a deep-rooted connection to the supper club tradition so we felt a great responsibility to maintain the restaurant’s inherent charm. We aimed to create a design befitting of the Kaplan’s dedication to this unique community, with a feeling of ease and Midwestern hospitality at its core. From creating custom display cases to house memorabilia from the restaurant’s history to working closely with local contractors and saving original building elements to repurpose, every detail was carefully considered to reflect and honor the community's spirit."
