Studio Symbiosis Designs the Villa KD45 in Delhi with a Terraced Roof

Studio Symbiosis completes the design of a relaxing villa home in Delhi, India dubbed the Villa KD45. It is built upon landscaped grounds and has a terraced roof entirely covered with plants. The clients asked the design studio to create a home that is on an angular plot that is surrounded by three sides by villas nearby.

It is home to an extended family of eight and delivers a brief that called for a large garden and the preservation of the three large trees in the area. Studio Symbiosis states that "In urban settings, there is a disconnect between the user and nature. With this project we are looking at creating green urban living, to rekindle the relationship of the residents with nature in their immediate surroundings."
