OmniPork Luncheon reinterprets a popular kind of canned meat in a totally plant-based way, and it's a product that can be used for everything from fried rice and sandwiches to ramen. With five grams of protein per serving, the dish boasts 50% less sodium than generic luncheon meat.
Although Pokeworks is a fish-centric chain, CEO Steve Heeley says "We look forward to working with OmniFoods to help showcase [its] premium, preferred alternative to our traditional Garlic Spam Musubi."
