It starts with a little girl with a dream of seeing snow, and she eventually gets her to wish.

She finds out that the flake that lands on the palm of her hand is not cold. She learns that the 'snow' she believed she saw is actually ash from her neighbor's house that has unfortunately been engulfed in flames. The campaign is a PSA, reminding those that "disasters don’t take a break during the holidays."
