Shima and Khder Expand Revival Rugs' Indoor-Outdoor Collection

Shima and Khder are two new rug designs from Revival Rugs created for use in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed for durability and easy maintenance, the additions bring brighter colors and bolder patterns to high-traffic areas throughout the home. Shima draws inspiration from traditional Japanese tatami floor mats and updates the look with thin striped bands across a chunky flatweave surface. Made from recycled polyester with PET sourced from plastic bottles, the rug is designed to resist moisture and mildew in outdoor environments.

Khder takes a different approach with asymmetrical color blocks influenced by Moroccan design. The hand-tufted rug is made from New Zealand wool and cotton and features a medium 0.39-inch pile height for added softness underfoot. Unlike many wool rugs, it is machine washable for easier care. Color options include Rose, which combines mauve and pink tones, and Moss, which pairs light and dark greens.
