Gufram and Snarkitecture Join on the Sculpted Series

Italian furniture manufacturer known as Gufram works in collaboration with New York-based design studio Snarkitecture on the newest Sculpted `series. It is a collection that is made up of five domestic sculptures -- all of which border the line of art and furniture.

The pieces are designed with a soft design language, using foam that has been treated with a special paint that is developed by Gufram themselves over 50 years ago. The series is made up of a bar cabinet, a coffee table, an armchair, a low table, and a bookshelf. These are made by hand by Gufram's skilled artisans and it all starts off with a block of the aforementioned polyurethan foam for a concrete texture.
