Eight years after introducing the Supersonic hair dryer, Dyson unveiled the newest version of its iconic smart dryer and it's slightly more compact and offers new features like a Scalp Protect mode. When this mode is activated, a network of laser sensors automatically adapt and reduce heat levels the closer the device comes to the scalp.
The device includes a new LED light, which serves as a visual indicator of when heat is changing. Red means high heat, yellow means medium temperatures and blue means cold air is being blown to support better hair and scalp health.
