Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company, a brewery based in Croydon, Pennsylvania, has launched an all-American double dry-hopped IPA that will appeal to ardent hop enthusiasts.
The 'It's Your Day IPA' was launched at a time when Philadelphia was in a state of sadness following the Eagles' loss in the Super Bowl, and this particular hop-heavy brew aims to offer a bit of solace. Developed on a foundation of Crystal and Two-Row malts along with white wheat and Golden Naked Oats, this brew is abundantly loaded with hops of the Simcoe and Citra varieties. Coming in at a respectable seven percent ABV, this dry-hopped IPA offers notes of strong citrus along with arboreal hints and a flowery touch.
This dry-hopped IPA also features elements of orange zest and grapefruit to round out a truly memorable flavor profile.
