H&M Group is Piloting New Technology in Cos Retail Spaces

H&M Group is trialing new technology in its Cos retail spaces to better support customers today and in the future. The tech-fueled solutions were first introduced at a Cos store in Beverly Hills, including smart mirrors in fitting rooms capable of recognizing the products that are brought into the room. Additionally, smart mirrors on the shop floor give visitors the chance to virtually try on and style articles of clothing.

Lea Rytz Goldman, managing director of Cos, in a release, "Our ambition is to pilot new technologies that allow us to meet and exceed our customers’ in-store shopping expectations." With these high-tech pilots, H&M will be introducing
seamless payment options, personalized styling recommendations, fast checkout and an upgraded delivery and return options to its Cos locations based in the United States.
