These new Citavo hot beverages have been announced by UK-based foodservice wholesaler Brakes as a lineup of premium refreshments that will help to satisfy demand for cafe-quality beverages.
The drinks were created in partnership with Cafédirect, which enabled access to premium roast and ground coffee beans to elevate each of the recipes. The coffee varieties are thus made with Fairtrade Arabica and Robusta beans for smooth, smoky tasting notes, while the golden tea in the range has varieties from a variety of locations. The hot beverage range is rounded out with several hot chocolate options that prioritize quality and convenience.
CEO of Sysco GB Paul Nieduszynski spoke on the Citavo hot beverages saying, "We understand how important hot drinks are and how outlets have to compete with the multitude of coffee shops that are on every high street. Our new range gives caterers a great tasting, reliable and competitively priced option that will allow them to offer a fantastic hot beverage solution that will drive incremental income."
