sweetgreen Partnered with Michelin-Starred Chefs on Its Boia De Bowl

sweetgreen is making headlines for partnering with Miami-based Michelin-starred chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer to create the delicious new Boia De Bowl.

The new Boia De Bowl takes its name from Boia De restaurant, which is where chefs Giangrandi and Meyer head up the kitchen. The dish is a savory, Italian-inspired salad that starts with a base of arugula and shredded kale drizzled with Boia De’s light and refreshing take on a Puttanesca dressing. The greens are then paired with creamy strands of Stracciatella, roasted tomatoes, briny olives, lemony asparagus, za’atar bread crumbs, and blackened chicken. As sweetgreen's Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer, Nicolas Jammet, explains, "Sweetgreen and Boia De connect over a shared food ethos... We’re excited for our guests to experience this craveable bowl created by two of our favorite chefs in the country."
