These Super Mario Brothers innovations are sure to light up any gamer’s life. One of my fondest memories as a child is holding tightly onto that Nintendo controller as I played Super Mario 2. I would always choose Toad to go on adventures through this magical world of pipes and mushrooms. Since then, I can’t wait to play the latest Mario game and it’s amazing to see how far this character has evolved, yet remained the same.

I don’t really know what is it about this little Italian plumbing duo that makes these characters of this epic video game so charming and timeless, but I’m certainly happy that they have inspired so much innovation.
