22 Wu-Tang Clanovations

On ODB's death anniversary, we remember his part in the nearly 20-year cultural explosion that is the Wu-Tang Clan. The Clan emerged in 1993 as a force unseen in the hip hop world. Nine members from different crews in different areas of New York came together under the guidance of RZA and broke onto the scene with the single 'Protect Ya Neck.' Their appeal was instantly recognizable as their iconic logo started popping up on t-shirts, flags, shoes and more. Gaining a cult-like following, Wu-Tang continued to exercise their cultural influence and grew into a one-of-a-kind rap crew that's yet to be seriously rivaled.

Made up of Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, GZA, RZA, U-God, Masta Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck and the undeniably charismatic Ol' Dirty Bastard, Wu-Tang combined elements of hardcore hip hop, martial arts principles, humor and comraderie. In 2004, Ol' Dirty Bastard passed away and today marks the eight-year anniversary of this sad date. Pour some out on ODB's death anniversary while enjoying these Wu-Tang finds.
