Rapper-Backed Libation Bottles

Ini Archibong Designs the Still G.I.N. Bottle for Snoop Dogg

Switzerland-based designer Ini Archibong is the creative mind behind the dimpled bottle design for the Still G.I.N. libation for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. The inspiration behind the design nods to retro references including the 90s West Coast hip-hop culture as well as the elegance of Murano, Italy which is where the designer has worked closely with glass blowers.

Archibong spoke to Dezeen about the design, noting "There was an attempt to combine things that were considered classic and beautiful in general and then take it through that 90s era of what would be considered 'high-end baller.' Making the bottle in Venice added another element to it – the old-world elegance. Imagining somebody from that era, what kind of bottle would they have on their shelf?"
