'Tecktonic' Inspired by Hair Gel

Tecktonic is a new dance driving France just totally nuts. It's not known if it's just a huge marketing gimmick to sell tee shirts or gum, but seems the french kids just can't get enough of it. It's the NEW MACARENA!

In short, the Tektonic dance is inspired by hip-hop, techno AND random arm waving. It is even sweeping into the lower age groups.

It started in Paris and now there are hair salons and even the trademarked dance has been endorsed by the French Ministry of Culture.

The inspiration? Imagine grabbing a glop of hair gel and putting in your hair.

Tecktonic. Look for it at your local club. Stats for New Dance Storms France Trending: Older & Average
