Memorable examples from this list of holiday-themed pop-up shops include Target's Fast Food Fashion shop and branded horse-drawn carriages from luxury retailer Tiffany and Co.

Target's restaurant-inspired pop-up shop features the use of mobile technology and offers consumers a range of 50 fast fashion products. Once selected on a tablet menu, these products are purchased much like one would their fast food meal.

On the other end of the spectrum, Tiffany and Co. romanticized their glamorous history with horse-drawn carries that were branded with the company's iconic little blue boxes. These carriages rode through the streets of London and embodied the old world charm that is associated with the jewelry brand.
