Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen is a fast casual restaurant that recently opened in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. Serving up authentic Mediterranean dishes and health-centric drinks, the hip new restaurant allows consumers to enjoy a flavorful meal without waiting for a table.
To find inspiration for the new restaurant, Executive Chef Daniel Ganem headed to Tel Aviv to hunt down traditional Israeli dishes. Using these authentic flavors as inspiration, Ganem created a fast casual menu for classic Mediterranean dishes. The fast casual model means that consumers can start with a roll, bowl or salad and then build their perfect dish from there. The ability to customize each meal with healthy and flavorful ingredients makes the restaurant a perfect choice for those looking for a tasty meal that can be enjoyed on the go.
