Pop Star Zombie Dolls

'Zomby Gaga' is a New Monster High Character by Lady Gaga

Alongside Draculaura, Frankie Stein and Clawdeen Wolf is a new Monster High character by the name of 'Zomby Gaga.'

Zomby Gaga is a creation for Mattel by Lady Gaga (Stefani Germanotta) and her sister Natali Germanotta, representing the pop star's Born This Way Foundation. As well as adding a fun new character to the monstrous collection of dolls, Zomby Gaga is meant to be a symbol of kindness, bravery and celebrating what makes each and every individual unique. As with all of the Monster High dolls, Zomby Gaga has a "Monster Quirk," which describes: "Even when I feel sad and alone, I can't hide who I truly am. And I wouldn't have it any other way because—like the real you—the real me is brave, strong and BORN THIS WAY."

The Zomby Gaga doll is part of a shift in the way that toys are being designed and marketed—especially towards impressionable young girls—with a focus on confidence and empowerment rather than just style and beauty.
