Drone deliveries are slated to rise in popularity as businesses and brands seek out speedy, cost-effective ways to get purchases to consumers, so the Zing delivery system has been developed as a P2P option.
Connecting to your existing DJI quadcopter drone, the device enables users to place small items within the cage-like compartment and set the unit off to its destination. The lightweight, aerodynamic design of the unit means it won't detract from the drone's flying capabilities too much and could work to revolutionize peer-to-peer deliveries of small items.
The Zing delivery system is capable of carrying up to 600 grams and works with an accompanying app to let users activate autopilot functionality for quickly delivering items without the need for manual flying.
