Self Magazine's Youth Fitness Events Appeal to Its Female Readers

Part of the rebranding of Self magazine underwent to appeal to a market of Millennials
involves experiential events offered through the Self Up & Out Studio. In the spring and summer, the studio will be offering fitness classes in New York coached by celebrity trainers featuring workouts that are popular across the country. Workouts include rowing, bootcamps and barre that women are able to try in small groups to get a taste of the activity. With success in NYC, Self has plans to expand to more cities in 2016.

In the past, Self held an annual Workout in the Park at Central Park, but this new offering from the Condé Nast magazine promises more personalization, variety and alignment with beauty, fashion, technology and lifestyle brands.
