Young’s Seafood is expanding its lineup of premium frozen seafood offerings with the debut of its new Young’s Gastro Luxury Fish Pie.

Frozen meals get a bad rap, but Young’s is looking to prove that convenience doesn't have to come at the expense of quality. The new Young’s Gastro Luxury Fish Pie features a high-quality mixture of Atlantic salmon, pollock, smoked pollock, and king prawns with mature cheddar cheese and white wine sauce. The whole thing is finished with a tender mashed potato, and a cheddar and chive breadcrumb topping. As Kevin Sinfield, Marketing Controller at Sofina Foods Europe (Young’s Seafood's parent company), explains, ""As consumers look for more elevated yet convenient meals, this dish offers a premium seafood experience that feels like a real treat, without the cost of dining out."
