Colorblocked Summer Sneakers

Vans' New Yacht Club Collection Takes a Nautical Approach to Style

Sneaker label Vans unveiled its latest colorful series of sneakers entitled the Yacht Club collection, boasting a strong nautical theme. The capsule reworks two of the label's highly iconic silhouettes -- the Old Skools and and Slip-Ons. Each sneaker is accented with colorblocked details of blue, yellow, red and green colors. It all comes together throughout the uppers of both offerings and sits on top of a white sole unit foundation.

The two-piece Yacht Club collection has the brand's recognized waffle outsoles on the bottom. The Old Skool is comprised of a canvas upper, a suede vamp, leather lining, padded collar detail and the classic formstripe branding. The Slip-Ons also have the same collar, upper and lining details, but with an additional elasticated side panel. The Old Skools are sold at $60 and the Slip-Ons are priced at $50, both available through Vans stocklists.
