Etnia Barcelona Unveils Its XX Anniversary Collection

Luxury European sunglasses brand Etnia Barcelona is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with the launch of its XX Anniversary Collection, an assortment of thick-framed, chess-inspired shades.
The XX Anniversary Collection has been launched with a playful campaign that aims to celebrate the timelessness of the brand's iconic sunglasses. Images of significant historical figures, including Alfred Hitchcock, Princess Diana, and Napoleon, are shown, modeling some of the new pairs. In addition, each pair of sunglasses are named after famous chess-loving icons such as Frida Kahlo, J.F. Kennedy, Stanley Kubrick, and Albert Einstein.
As for the shades themselves, the collection's new frames use natural acetate, made from cotton and wood, and combine them with HD mineral lenses (the brand's in-house technology). The XX Anniversary Collection is currently available on Etnia Barcelona's website.
