The xLean TR1 Switches Between Modes at CES 2026
Michael Hemsworth — January 10, 2026 — Tech
The xLean TR1 robot vacuum system made its debut at CES 2026 as a new kind of cleaning solution that incorporates the benefits of robot vacuums and manually operated vacuums alike.
The system is equipped with the Dual-Motor DirectSuction mechanism to achieve residue-free cleaning when clearing up wet messes and can perform the cleanup autonomously. The unit can also be paired with a handle in the top to perform manual cleaning when a little more control or precision is desired.
The xLean TR1 robot vacuum system incorporates Cleaning Area Learning (CAL) technology to handle everyday maintenance and has smart navigation thanks to LiDAR. The square robot can fit into all areas of the home and is rated to clear 1,615-square-feet of living space in three-minutes.
