Bavarian-Inspired Lager Beers

Wrexham Lager Enters Canada Through BC and Ontario Partnerships

Wrexham Lager, the UK's oldest lager brand with roots dating back to 1882, has expanded into the Canadian market through partnerships with British Columbia Liquor Stores and the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. The beer, which has gained international attention following the involvement of Wrexham AFC co-owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, is now available in both 330ml six-packs and 500ml single cans across select retailers.

Brewed using traditional Bavarian methods, Wrexham Lager is characterized by its light, crisp profile and subtle hop notes. This Canadian debut follows successful launches in the U.S., Australia, and other markets. Jon Roberts, Board Director and Interim CEO of Wrexham Lager Beer Co Ltd., shares about the milestone: "Bringing Wrexham Lager to Canada is another proud step in our journey and a great reminder to never underestimate something from Wrexham."
