Winter Milk Ice Cream is one of the newest retail concepts released by brand intelligence group Anagama. Offering natural, handcrafted, and lactose-based ice cream products, desserts and coffee, Winter Milk is an ice cream parlor with a retro-themed aesthetic.

The cafe's vibrant design is intended to reflect the tradition of enjoying an ice cream cone with family or friends circa 1960. The design is influenced by film director Wes Anderson's visual style, which comes alive in an interior design context. Winter Milk's aesthetic is able to transcend the sterile look of traditional dessert retailers and embraces nostalgic influences that are made contemporary at the same time.

Winter Milk currently owns 16 locations, including ones in Mexico City and Monterrey.
