The Nendo Sake Master Cellar has a temperature control range that goes from - 5-degrees Celsius to 15-degrees Celsius to keep the sake at the optimal temperature. This control system features a touchscreen interface for easily keeping track of the interior operation.

The Nendo Sake Master Cellar has antibacterial sheets on the interior walls that work to maintain a clean environment for the rice wine to be stored in.
