Sadie Nardini's Wine and Yoga Retreat Focuses on 'Healthy Hedonism'

Although there are some strict yogic diets that discourage the consumption of alcohol entirely, how could you not expect a wine and yoga retreat from Sadie Nardini, a self-proclaimed "punk rock yogi" and advocate of "healthy hedonism?"

This July and August, Nardini is hosting a wine and yoga retreat in Tuscany, that offers a mix of pleasure and self-discipline in true "rebel yogi" style. Mornings consist of breakfast and then yoga on the grounds of Tuscan vineyards with amazing views. As well touring and tasting at vineyards, the retreat is packed with other activities like spa visits, shopping and private cooking lessons. The $2795 travel package also kicks things back into high gear again with mountain biking and hikes. As with yoga, food consumption and life, Nardini's summer wine and yoga retreat is all about balance.
