The system evaluates applicants against that contextual benchmark rather than relying solely on CV keyword matching or generic scoring models.

Willo developed Insights over 18 months with more than $1 million invested and positioned it as an expansion from video interviewing into broader hiring intelligence. Early tests with large employers showed the platform ranking strong interview candidates highly, and Willo framed the product as a way to bring more structure and consistency to assessments.
