'Why Do I Procrastinate?' Helps People Assess Bad Habits

No one is completely immune from the siren's song of procrastination, but some people take the bait more readily than others, and 'Why Do I Procrastinate?' is an online tool that helps those people to get a better grip on their habits -- and hopefully prevent them from cropping up as frequently in the future. The online quiz categorizes the most likely culprit for the procrastination that one is currently experiencing.

'Why Do I Procrastinate?' is based on 'The Procrastination Equation', which aims to provide scientific explanations for the different impetuses behind putting one's work aside. The quiz thus categorizes procrastination into fields like lack of expectancy to complete the given task, lack of value assigned to the task, and too much impulsiveness, to name a few.
