The White Rabbit Girasoli pasta range has been developed by the brand as a series of gluten-free pasta products perfect for satisfying cravings for fresh pasta in a convenient way. The product range features the Butternut Squash & Provola, Aubergine Parmigiana and Prosciutto Ham & Mozzarella options, which are each made in Italy using high-quality ingredients. The products are arriving at Sainsbury's and Ocado now as part of a rolling release with the final batch launching November 8, 2025 in time for the winter months.
Co-Founder and CEO Nick Croft-Simon spoke on the White Rabbit Girasoli pasta range saying, "Our new and improved Girasoli recipes have been designed with quality and variety in mind, offering a meal solution that not only meets that appetite of free from consumers – one they have historically had limited access to – but that tastes just as good as main fixture and therefore can be enjoyed by all."
