The Westland Distillery Solum single-malt scotch whiskey is a premium spirit with a first of its kind profile to provide avid alcohol connoisseurs with a decidedly American option to try out.
The spirit features American peat for the mashing process, which is responsibly sourced from a bog just outside of Seattle, two-hours to the south. The final result is reported to have notes of burnt sage with vanilla chamomile tea, coffee cake and even pumpernickel toast.
