Airline-Approved Holiday Campaigns

WestJet's Parents' Wishlist Brings Holiday Dreams to Life

The WestJet Parents' Wishlist campaign takes the airline’s beloved Christmas Miracle to new heights, delighting families with heartfelt surprises inspired by children's imagination. This year’s twist on WestJet’s Real-Time Giving, celebrating its 11th anniversary, focused on honoring parents -- the unsung heroes of the holiday season.

Before boarding their Toronto-to-Calgary flight, families stopped by Santa’s Station, where kids shared what they thought grown-ups wanted most for Christmas. While in flight, WestJet elves raced through Calgary to fulfill these wishes. Upon landing, 130 guests were greeted at the baggage carousel with personalized gifts, from simple treats like avocados to extraordinary surprises such as trips to Italy, smart gadgets, and VIP event tickets.

This magical moment was made possible through partnerships with TELUS, Skip, Tourism Calgary, and more. WestJet continues to spread joy by connecting guests to the people and experiences that matter most, ensuring the spirit of giving soars.
