Community-Driven Wellness Residences

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands Embraces Holistic Living

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is a collaborative project between Terra and THE WELL that takes the concept of wellness residences and holistic living to new heights. Located in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands, this pioneering development is set to redefine urban living by integrating comprehensive wellness amenities directly into daily life.

Comprising an eight-story luxury condominium and a four-floor office building, THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands emphasizes community-driven well-being. The residential component features 66 bespoke units and over 22,000 square feet of shared amenities, including a cutting-edge fitness center and an organic restaurant. Other wellness services at the development include thermal experiences, Eastern healing treatments, mindful movement classes, and more.

The wellness residences and office spaces were designed by Meyer Davis and brought to life by architecture firm Arquitectonica. The project is a testament to a growing demand for environments that prioritize health-conscious living.
