The Waze Retro Mode is a new feature arriving on the navigation app with its latest update that enables users to incorporate a touch of the past into their navigational experience.

The new modes include 70s, 80s and 90s options which will transform the interface into a retro-themed environment that's packed with quintessential imagery from the respective decade. The 70s mode will transform the avatar into a flower-covered van with a DJ as the navigator, while the 80s mode features a race car and an aerobics instructor and the 90s mode boasts a two-door SUV with a pop star.

The Waze Retro Mode is arriving in partnership with TuneIn to provide users with access to curated playlists with the respective decades in mind.
