Glossier's Waterproof Makeup Remover Combines Oil & Micellar Water

Glossier recently introduced a new waterproof makeup remover that puts a twist on formulas that consumers have become familiar with. Typically, when it comes to removing waterproof makeup, an oil-based solution must be used—Glossier's Milky Oil combines micellar water and a weightless oil.

Like Glossier's cult Milky Jelly Cleanser, the waterproof makeup remover contains conditioning, soothing ingredients like comfrey root extract and Pro-Vitamin B5. Due to its unique oil-and-water formula, the makeup remover for the eyes and lips helps to gently lift long-wearing cosmetic products without pulling, rubbing or otherwise aggravating the skin.
