Retailer-Led Healthcare Services

Walmart Better Care Services Connects to Healthcare Providers

Walmart Better Care Services are being rolled out by the brand for the new year to help customers gain access to health services in an easier, more intuitive way.

The digital platform offers customers access to a curated network of third-party healthcare providers for handling urgent care needs, behavioral health needs and more. The platform also connects with LillyDirect to support customers with chronic conditions. The retailer is also lowering the price on more than 1,000 wellness-focused foods, supplements and more to help further encourage consumers to start the year off on a healthier note.

SVP of Health and Wellness Merchandising Ralph Clare commented on the Walmart Better Care Services and more saying, "Whether it’s the care you access, the food you buy or the products you rely on, our goal is to make wellness easier. Customers should not have to choose between convenience, affordability and care, and at Walmart, they don’t have to.”
